A large residential yacht for a small family, with excellent facilities including a gym and a home theatre.

There are a few spare rooms for you to either leave as storage or convert into more cabins, bathrooms, another tv room etc. There's also room to put a driveway or two if you have Nightlife.

Obviously there are limitations to designing a boat in the game, so forgive its boxiness.. On the bottom deck, the slanted walls are supposed to be solid grey but they dont quite fill in, and they're there to represent the hull. Also the engine is just a block with some vents, but you get the idea.
