This is a small house that i made for new families or a small families. It's technically a starter because its only $20,300 and a family of two adults start with 25,00 dollars so technically this is a starter.

Its a fully furnished home with no custom content and i've kind of followed my
Wisconstan Mansion Design with the steps part. There is room for another room downstairs, where the poles are holding up the second storey bedroom, (it was originally there) but i removed it so the house would end up cheaper, so yehh you could add another room there if you wanted to.

There is a garage, one bedroom, which can fit two people. The lot is a 2 x 2 lot.
