ladiees and gentle-mans, i am proud to present, the SUKEHIRO!

So as you probably already know from that lame intro, this is the sukehiro house. It has 1 BDM one BTHM. and a kitchen and pool. SO YEH its kind of like one of those houses you would see on squished blocks in the city, except this one ISN'T squished..

it costs $52,439,furnished and unfurnished is $33,492 i know expensive but im not good with budgeting. T__T

OH and in the screenshots, you can see my sims getting cosy on the bridge

so.. there's a pool out front. and lots of bamboo trees next to the house O_O.
and i guess its kind of japanese style? O_O iunno.. well seems like it to me. so thats why i named it "sukehiro". I'm pretty sure its a japanese last name though ><
