Wayroad 11 is a lovely house one could come across close to the center of Sunset Valley.
It's modern looks and interior make it a great place for Sims to live. And because it's partly sunk into the ground it features lots of privacy.

Rooms
The house is meant for a family of four. That's why the upper floor features two normal bedrooms and one big bedroom with a balcony. It also has a bathroom with bath/shower and it's hallway doubles as a study.
The ground floor is one open space, except of course for the garage and the bathroom. The space is separated in a lounge area, a dining area and a kitchen.
The garden features a beautiful swimming pool and a big terrace. It has some trees and loads of grass, wonderful for children to play on.
