Wonderful Modern family home with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Great open layout with the kitchen, dining and living all flowing together. Lots of light throughout, with floor to ceiling windows. Great color schemes as well. Raised foundation with attached garage.

Upstairs are the bedrooms with the master having it's own private bath. There's also 2 more bathrooms on this level (one isn't furnished in the floorplan pic but I decorated it and uploaded it again ... oops!)

The landscaping is lush and wonderful. No attention to detail missed. There's a sparkling pool and a covered BBQ area in the backyard. There's also a kid's play area.

Wonderful playable home that's fully decorated. Just move your sims in and enjoy.
