This lot consists of two two bedroom, two bath units; two one bedroom, one 1/2 bath units; and an office/gym area.
Each two bedroom unit features a private side entrance, a formal dining and bar area, and a private balcony.
Each one bedroom unit features a private sun room and well light entrance through the front entrance doors.


Community
Inside the main entrance area residents will find a private gym area. The well planted backyard features a small pool, benches, and an outdoor grilling/eating area for residents to share.

The furnished only includes what you would find moving into a vacant apartment; the lighting, cabinetry, and appliances. This is with the exception of the first 2 bedroom unit, which is fully furnished to give decorating ideas and give a sense of what the spaces can be used for. It would be very simple to convert the entire office and gym area into a 5th, albeit smaller, unit.
I had a blast making this lot, and playing 9+ Sims was fun as well. This is my first release of a lot that I built, I hope you all enjoy.
