This lot has 3 fully furnished townhomes waiting for your sim family to move in! Each townhome has its own style suited for all types of sim families. This lot is meant to be placed in Bridgeport on the Landgraab Brownstone lot (71 Bayshore Highway) but you can also place it in a different world if you like.


The other 3 townhomes are blacked out with the hidden room marker, but it can be removed if you wish to remodel them by turning on the cheats: testingcheatsenabled true -> restrictbuildbuyinbuildings off


Ideally when you've figured out which townhome you want your sim family to live in, you can black out the remaining townhomes by using the hidden room marker and placing one in each of the rooms of the townhomes you WILL NOT be using. I HIGHLY suggest you do this to lower the price of the townhome you end up living in!


You can find the hidden room marker by turning on the cheats: testingcheatsenabled true -> buydebug on


Please make sure to add this file to your library folder instead of the mods folder in order for it to show up in game!
