GENERAL INFO: Cream Brulee Strip is a set of four, fully furnished townhouses with a shared 'community' back yard that includes a pool and basketball court. The home, as downloaded, is set up as an apartment complex.

The townhouses are color coded: Unit 1: Yellow, Unit 2: Blue, Unit 3: Green, Unit 4: Red. Colors are obvious by the interior of each front door as well as the exterior colors on the back of each townhouse and if that wasn't enough, the assigned colors make a fun statement throughout each individual unit.

All four units have a different layout than the next. Units 1, 2, and 4 have one bedroom that can sleep a 'couple'. Unit 3 has the same plus an additional small bedroom that can sleep one more sim.

Different ways to play: As you can see from the description and pictures, ALL four townhouses are fully furnished. This allows you to have some variety in which ways to play.

You can play with all four townhouses at once. As downloaded, the lot is set up as an apartment complex. This allows homeless sims to move into the lot. From my play test, sims may or may not be added to your household. If you click on the front doors of each townhouse, you can lock specific sims from entering that home.

You can use the hidden room markers (looks like a silver orb) in 'buydebug' to black out the content you don't wish to play. These hidden room markers will set up those rooms as fake NPC apartments. If playing this way, I would suggest changing the lot type to a normal residential build rather than an apartment complex, so unwanted sims don't live on the lot with yours. In the future, if you want to make a change to the lot, use 'restrictbuildbuyinbuildings false' to remove the markers.

CONTENT: Like all my builds, this lot does NOT contain any third party custom content. I did use some pieces from the official sims 3 store, however. Required but not included official sims 3 store content are listed below. Remember, anything you do not own will be replaced by items you DO own.
