I decided to share this with you guys/girls. Anyways i made this and thought that it would be nice to have a little beach house so your sim can have a nice little resort. You can go fishing when ever you like it should be a nice experience for your sim. Enjoy

IMPORTANT
The lot should be placed along side the beach the lot should be 40x30
