The Coastal Retreat is a Re-Furbished house, from the late 1920's. Built on the beachside in Sunset Valley all those years ago, it has only just recently been bought by the Landgraab Family, to be 'done up' and sold to the highest bidder.
It has a beautiful Front and Side garden, and a cozy little family area outside. The un-attached to the main house, served as a workshop in the early days. The garden can provide a peaceful getaway from the hastle of everyday life, and you can enjoy a nice Sunday BBQ with the family.
