I always make beach houses, I thought i would start sharing them:

Here is the pinnicle, a 4 story beach house on stilts, it includes 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath, and deck. a top floor "conservatory" shown here has dramatic ocean views:

. Nearly every room overlooks the ocean and are themed in brown and blue.


The massive kitchen includes all the amenities, which features a bay window, and sliding glass door leading to a deck which spans the whole back of the house

There are also 2 fireplaces, a den, a garage, fully landscaped, and furnished.

It is suggested to place this house at 477 Sunnyside Blvd. (a 30x30 lot) for optimal beach views.
