'Coral Reef' 4 bdr, 4 bath Beach house on stilts

'Coral Reef' is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath beach house built on 433 Sunnyside Blvd in Sunset Valley.
Built on stilts in a traditional beach house style, the ground floor has a small room situated beneath the center of the main floor, furnished as a convenient poolside bathroom/changing area. Parking for two cars and two bike racks are beneath the house. (There is room to add more parking if you need it. Cars shown in pic not included on lot.)
A patio with pool and BBQ is on the left side of the yard.

The main floor has open plan kitchen/living and dining with a fireplace and large windows to take advantage of the beach view. There are two small bedrooms and one bathroom on this floor. The front bedroom is furnished as a nursery, the second as a single bedroom. Front deck is partially covered by the balcony above, and there's a fully covered back porch with stairs leading down to the pool area.

The top floor has the very large master bedroom with en suite bathroom and private balcony. There is also another large bedroom, furnished with two single beds, and its own en suite bathroom.




This lot is packaged with one item of custom content, a conversion of a BV travel poster from TS2, packaged for me by Skylar. I have Skylar's permission to distribute this file.

Also note that this is not a perfectly flat lot, and may not work well on other lots than the 433 Sunnyside Blvd lot I built it on.
