An ultra-modern, minimalist home for 1-2 sims.

While I was attending college at the University of Illinois, I took an architecture class where we visited all sorts of "architecturally significant" buildings, many of them in Urbana-Champaign. This was one of my favorites.

Jack Baker was a professor and architect in Champaign and designed this house in 1964 for Professor Erlanger, head of the Contemporary Dance division at UIUC. The practically windowless front and sides were specifically designed for extreme privacy, while the open back and indoor garden made the home flow from indoors to outdoors. The minimalist design met Professor Erlanger's needs for a space to dance and entertain but was low-maintenance.

I hope you love this home as much as I do.
