This is my first Sims 3 upload. It is small and playable. I kept everything fairly simple and tried to stay with neutral colors...but then again some people don't think purple is neutral. There is enough room in the backyard to put a pool, and there is enough space in the driveway to put more cars. the two cars presented are not in the download, but the black VFN Kompensator is.
