Hey Folks, Hadn't had time to upload this in a while finished it a while ago and never had time to release.

My midsized home for the wealthy sims in your life. Very nice Spanish villa styling to look contemporary. looks very elegant with lots of open space and plenty of room to change this around.

Size is 30x30 Mid-Sized fun

One room is a game and leisure room did not use it therefore made it into something.
