Hey MTS. Here is my newest releasable creation! Another Compact home which feels larger than it really is. This one was a spur of the moment creation, so I hope you guys enjoy it. Tested 2 Sim days

This home was made on a small lot for compactness so the lot size is only 20x30


Added a nice little awning to the front of the house as well as furnished it with two beautiful black super cars.
