Hello MTS, this is my newest creation; it is a little beach front property that is a contemporary home with a modern flare. It is a 3 story home that is furnished in most rooms.

This home was made on a small lot for compactness so the lot size is only 20x30






This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is one of the smaller lots a 20x30 house so its very compact.

This house has an added room at the top which at the time I was playing my Sims they were using it for an attic for all the goodies my Sims "borrowed".
