Well, men need underwear too, in the game we don't have many choices, so now you can have a simple but new underwear for your male Sims. Is available in sleepwear and swimwear for adult and young adult and have 2 channels.

By request I change the base mesh that I use for making this, now is not naked mesh, is the briefs mesh.
