Grimm Place, living in the dead woods is Grim.

So Grim was bored living in the underworld, and decides to move, at least for a while, to a town he frequented on his trips to collect souls. He designs a new home:




The swamps/ponds contain deathfish and vampire fish and robot fish. there are four ponds, a parking space in the back for his jet black car, and a basement wine/nectar cellar stocked with quality wine, upgraded nectar maker and a Sarcophagus for making mummies of your own.

*the lot becomes misty/foggy at night because of the deathdish in the ponds, a very cool and welcome effect.

*added bugs everywhere, you get roaches, beetles and other "nasties", as well as seeds and WA or special plants around.

*the food replicator in this lot is upgraded with "improved memory". It was loaded up with Ambrosia, but I am not sure whether that would be saved with the lot. [food replicator upgraded by grim reaper with handiness skill to have improved memory]

*all upgradable objects have been upgraded.

*nice things on the lot:
teleporter, a car (the Margaret), food replicator (with improved memory), 3 nectar makers in the basement along with plenty of wine/nectar racks stocked with quality/perfect wine.
