From the outside, this looks like a tiny little house. But, it's bigger than it looks.

When you enter the house, you'll find an open-format great room with a living room, dining room, and kitchen. Off of the kitchen is a powder room. There's a large screen TV with ample seating to entertain your guests and dining space for three. Appliances and fixtures are top of the line throughout.

Down a flight of stairs in the real basement (no slope), you'll find the large master bedroom with ensuite bath. This is a more private area with a couch for napping, an easel for expressing your creativity, and a desk for your computer. If you have lockable doors, you can lock this room away to keep it private.

But there's more! Down another flight of stairs in the no-slope sub-basement, you'll find a party room, with chess table, bar, dart board, exercise equipment and hot tub. For your convenience, an additional powder room is tucked away under the porch.

This is a perfect house for a single person who loves to host small intimate parties. Note that some pets cannot navigate 2-click stairs, so this may not be the best lot if you have a family pet.
