Beach House Starter

This is my first ever upload! Woo!



I decided that when remodelling my town it would be great to live next to Recurve Stand in Sunset Valley, with Ambitions letting me place lots freestyle I decided to create my ideal house.
It is built on a 10 x 10 lot which I placed right on the edge of the beach, as shown in the screen shot below.
