Shelly Beach Starter Shack is a bright and cheerful little starter shack on Recurve Strand (Sunset Valley) costing only 18,492 Simoleons. Perfect for a starter Sim couple. With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom,an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen, breezy deck (great for watching sunsets) and direct beach frontage for exploring, fishing and hopefully in the near future (come on EA!) swimming!

Note: you should install the cc windows and door prior to placing the lot in order for the lot to appear as it does in the pictures, otherwise the lot will revert to in-game windows and doors. In order to place this lot at Recurve Strand, first change the empty lot from "community" into "residential" and then place this lot there.
