It's a perfect vacation home and/or residental for families who like to escape the day-to-day life and enjoy the benefits of holidays or at least getting the feeling at home. The Villa features four Bedrooms, three Bathrooms, a nice open Kitchen/Livingroom, an Entertainment Room and a natural garden with a small pond. You can enjoy one of the several seating and lounging areas on the Patio/Terrace, the seperate upper Sun Deck or a private Balcony all with panoramic ocean or mountain views. Next to the large Pool is a Pergola that invites for sunset BBQ's.
