Hi everyone. Today I bring you a house that's a bit different than the country-style houses I usually make.

It's big! It's shiny! It has lots of open space that's filled with art and useless clutter!
But don't worry, all the essential furniture is there as well.

This is my most expensive lot to date.
Furnished: 127, 082 simileons
Unfurnished: 76,072 simileons

Size: 4 X 3

The lot includes the following:
~ Entrance
~ Two bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with two single beds)
~ A bathroom
~ A kitchen and dining room
~ Living room & study (as shown in the first picture)
~ A washing room
~ A bar on the third floor
~ Large outdoor party areas including a grill...these areas are on the the second as well as third floor.
