This house is especially for soussankure, who sent me a picture of a real Brazilian house. (If you want to see it, see her comment under my lot, Brazilian Contemporary. I didn't know how to put the link in this message.) The picture is of a townhouse/duplex whereas my version is a single-family home in the suburbs, but I tried to capture the architectural style of the original combined with the description soussankure gave me. You may never get to go to Brazil, but your sims can live in this "Brazilian style" house. There's room for up to 6 sims as the house has three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. There's also a pool and lots of flowers and shrubs. You may have to trim them back if you don't want to deal with gardening!
