In my neighborhood, an ambitious, beautiful little sim whose name is Tamara Treeborn has just moved into this house. She may have to do some redecorating because the colors in the house are rather masculine, but it's always fun to have a project. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, so if Tamara meets someone, she'll have room to start a family. She will also be able to have some nice barbecues because the backyard has a good sized pool and hottub. I invite your sim to try this house too.
By the way, the carport is just for looks!
