This is my own original design, four story modern house built on a precipice in the briney fjord template, desert terrain. The house has scores of windows in a spacious, open floor plan. The first floor includes living and dining with vast views of earth and sky, guest bath, and kitchen with all appliances. The second floor is a loft, overlooking the living room and includes a bedroom and full bath with study out on the landing. The third floor includes master bedroom with bath, and extra bedroom. The fourth floor is a family room with TV. Landscaping is minimal as would be expected on a cliff in the desert. This is the first house in my new, futuristic neighborhood. Hopefully it will fit in yours.
