Maywood Estate
"Many Sim-years ago, this stunning estate was built for General Maywood and his small family. Then, the whole family perished in a mysterious fire which consumed and ruined the home. A long lost relative, Gretchin Maywood, has returned to the estate to restore it to its former beauty. It now boasts two bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a new kitchen, and landscaping."
Hello everybody! Today I bring you a house I've been working on for the last few days, and it's finally finished! It's called Maywood Estate.
Features:
It's on a 30x30 lot and costs 103,351/68,011 Simoleons.
The custom objects I used were the walk in shower in the master bathroom and the small LCD TV in the kitchen/bedroom. I also used "Foyer Frills " on the Store.
