The Chateau Chevalier was developed as a home away from home for my family of comfort loving, celebrity sims. The External buildings borrow their style from many of the surrounding compounds and homes, ensuring that it offers maximum luxury without standing out amongst its neighbours.

The Building consists of a Grand Entrance and two family rooms, dubbed The Green Room and The Red Room. There are three bedrooms, One master, one double and one single. Each wing contains a small study area and a bathroom, meaning you are never too far away from the most basic amenities.

Out in the courtyard you will find a small vineyard, complete with a selection of freshly planted fruits, ready to be nurtured for your Nectary. Located behind the Garage, you will find the entrance to a small basement area for creating and storing your very own Nectars, and around the stunning garden are various seated areas for you to enjoy the Nectar in.

The lot was built for 15 Orchid Road (Champs Les Sims) but will fit any 30x40 lot.

As this is my first upload, and the start of a series of Holiday themed homes, any and all feedback is encouraged. I'm not a whiz with photoshop so my images are honest and modest. Feel free to PM me if you come up with better ones, senders will be credited if I use their image ;P
