So I'm back with a new house to share after a break from Sims and I really wanted to do something grand, but in a muted way.

The home includes 3 bedrooms, a nursery, 3.5 bathrooms. Entryway, Dining, Study. There is a pool as well as the back is landscaped and a small deck.


It does contain a few items (which are not needed to download) from the Regal Living Set from the Sims 3 Store and also a potted a flower from the Ultra Lounge set from the Sims 3 Store, as well as a flower/candle setting from the Harvest Bounty Set and a mirror from the Storybrook Set.
