I felt like going all out on a new house, so I used a few expansions and this is what I came up with! Although I have long since finished my Thatcher Maylenderton story, I feel like this is the house that perfectly fit his personality. I almost never play them, but I might move his surviving decedents into the house eventually. We'll see.

This house requires Ambitions, Late Night, Seasons, and Generations (in that order), to see the house in it's completed entirety. A lot of stuff from Ambitions is used in this house, so much so that I would say if you don't have that pack I wouldn't bother downloading this house. Everything from windows, floor tiles and decorative objects from Ambitions is used here, so keep that in mind when downloading. From Late Night there are a few items, such as the piano and a few chairs. A few Seasons items are used, especially a specific lamp, and a furniture set in the master bedroom. Generations is used throughout the house through the use of a specific set of curtains. These curtains are hung on a lot of windows in the house. The house will look almost the same if you don't have Generations, but you will need to hang a lot of new curtains if you don't have that pack.

Also, there are two store content items in this pack: the Alessandro's Double Doors (typically comes with the Monte Vista world), and the Romantique Chaise chair in the office. Neither of these items is necessary for the home, as it will look virtually thee same without them, but I did want to let you know. NO CC!

The house is perfect for an rich family, with enough style to appease both old and new money tastes. How you play is up to you! The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms. Also includes six fireplaces, a large office, decorated dining room, and beautiful foyer. There is a lot of house to explore, so I hope you enjoy this home!
