I tried to keep this house as simple as possible. It was designed for a small family that enjoys a cozy living space by the beach. It has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, and a split-level living room.

It requires WA, Ambitions, and Late night, as well as the most recent patch. (6.5.1.011037)
I've played with it in-game, and there have been no problems.
