Permissive Apartment

Hello there,

These are 12 apartments spread out on four floors. There are basically three different floor plans; four small apartments with one bedroom, four slightly bigger ones with one bedroom + study and four big apartments with two floors and two bedrooms (and a study... sort of).

I think as a whole it came out a bit too "boxy" in shape, but since I really wanted the apartments' layout to be like this, it wasn't much I could do about that.

Um, not much more to say about this I suppose. Oh, wait. I've only fully furnished one apartment (see pics) and the rest only has the obligatory basics.

And also, I'm so sorry about the huge amount of CC. I just can't help myself! But a tip for those who really despise big amounts of CC but still wants the lot: when using Sims2Pack Clean Installer you can remove any unwanted CC when installing a lot.
And if any of you don't want to bother downloading the "CC required but not included", you can go ahead and skip that since it wont actually damage the lot; the objects will just be replaced by what it was cloned from.

Uploaded an updated version with no columns by the stairs on the second floor hallway between the apartments, since they were in the way. With the original upload you can't get to the 3rd floor, so you either have to remove the columns before you move into the lot or just use the apartments on the first two floors. Sorry about this.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
