Minimalistic Starter Apartment - Update

Hi,
This apartment contains four apartment rooms in total. Not much, I know. They're pretty roomy though, but still small at the same time; one apartment is basically just one big room with a bathroom (see screenshots.) It has an avenue walkway going parallel with the apartment's length - imagine it continues farther than the lot's size - and a shallow lake behind the apartment. There's also a pool on the outside, which is there only for decorative reasons. On the roof I put some love seats and a chees board, so that the inhabitants of the apartment can socialize with each other.

All the apartments are furnished with the basics, and one of them (the one in the interior pic) has a bit more stuff, such as: plants, kitchen cabinets, paintings etc.

UPDATE 20/08/10 (This concerns the first-uploaded lot package)
The column in the apartment entrance closest to the stair is in the way (see 1st floor plan pic) - the Simmers can't get up!
Advice:
Before you move in any Simmers, move or delete the column completely if you want them to be able to get up. (This is possibly the case for the other floors too.)
If you've already moved in a Sim though (like I have), you can either just deal with it or: move out, fix it, then move in again. *Sigh...* Sorry! I didn't think it would be in the way.
UPDATE 21/08/10
The lot package is updated with some fixes. Fixed problems: entrance column by stair was in the way; wrong shower was used within the fences in the bathrooms; a tree went through the wall on the first-floor-apartment-by-lake.
