With the Sims 3 Pets released in October, I've redone one of my favourite houses Stone and Timber Home for the new EP. I expanded this house to 50x50 and made some changes to it and renovated both inside and out.

This house features with the pets corner whcih includes a small stable for one horse and pet house (space enough for more than one pet house), kids corner, large deck for outdoor living, pool and hot tub.

Interior facilities have: living, dining, kitchen, sun room, laundry, 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths........ Hope your sims and pets enjoy living there.
