I apologize for the name, I couldn't think of anything. 
Its called(the package itself) Community Lot A2, though. This is a small modern lot with a hint of beach...nothing special, a small playground with some toy boxes, clothing shopping, magazines and games, and a playable game TV, and a small second floor balcony with a telescope and bookcases. I made this with the Residential commuity collection. There shouldn't be anything custom involved, and there isn't much inside so the lot runs smoothly. Tell me what you think. ^.^
