Disclaimer: This lot contains hacks. None of these hacks will damage your game or change them negatively. The only ones I am sure of are the "Pay bills at the box" and "Wash hands after toilet" hacks. If you want, download the Clean Installer (here). I cannot remove the hacks myself beause the Clean Installer does not work for me at all. 
This is a dorm for a university I have, Snafu U.
I decided to make a theme sorority for one of my neighborhoods. (Its not a greek house, as in, actual sorority, but a dorm with all girls. :p)
Its meant to sounds greek...ish. Magnus is supposed to sound like magna, Aud is to look like Laude, and Rosacia is for the pink theme.
There are 2 girls here- Monika something and Kira Sempai (I think thats the name of a user here....). Its a big pink house with a main living/kitchen, 2 bedrooms, an exercise room, a room with instruments, a pool room, an upstairs lounge, and another small lounge room. Any of the 4 extra rooms could easily be made dorms if you wanted.
There are 2 custom items- thefuzmixman's hanging Chair(Click Here ) and Samekh's modern table(Click Here).
