I hope you like the house, it's based on one of the first houses that I've built for TS3. It has enough room for a couple, and features the basic necessities that your sims needs to start-up their lives (toilet+bath, a bedroom, dining and living space, a kitchen, and a bookshelf). I've also included a really tiny back patio for barbecues/weekend lounging. I only put two pieces of decor items: the living/dining room rug and the bathroom blinds.

The really warm color scheme is based on a cream filled brownie.
