This apartment lot provides an opportunity to feel a realistic life in small village society.
Here your sims can have a really interesting life. This village estate has: little church, public soup kitchen, children's corner, tree house, gym area with shower.
Lot has 4 apartment units. Every unit has :1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, own porch and place for planting around the each unit.
Some unit has separated kitchen and living room, some has kitchen and living room connected into one.
If your sim does not like to cook he can go to a public canteen where he can have a free meal.
In my game, university stove placed in this lot automatic brings NPC for cooking. Same as npc from university cafeteria. I hope that in your game it will work too.
This little village has a lake too, good place for fishing and relaxing.
Rent price from 1,281-1,529.
Lot size 4x4 (large).
