Hi everyone!
I built the apartment with 4 flats. Each of this have a small corridor, kichen, living room, one bedroom and bathroom. Flats on ground floor have small gardens and flats on first floor have balconies. These flats are for single sim or for a couple. Each flat costs from 2502 to 2665 simoleans.

Warning!
If you wanna keep all this furniture and rent the apartment furnished:
1. In the neighboorhood click Shift+Ctrl+C and then type "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true"
2. Move your family to apartment.
3. Press Shift and at the same time click on the flat door.
4. Choose "Rent furnished" and now you have this flat with full furnishing
