Originally built for Qbuilderz' foundation contest round four, I once again fell in love with the modern style. There's just something about it that always pulls me back, so today I give you Cappuccino Dreams a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom bachelor pad for an aspiring musician (Or a rich kid with too much money, too many friends, and nothing else to do but lounge around the pool in his swimming trunks).



Cinnamon Dreams can sleep two sims, and sports an open floor plan, entertainment area with radio and bar, and a pool!

An outdoor dining table can comfortably seat six with three more seats inside by the kitchen.



A modular staircase attaches the main floor to the upstairs master, resulting in a wonderful view of the living area (And of course a great vantage point to make sure no one touches your sim's drums).
