A small but beautiful Chinees house with a typical Chinees garden. The house is small but big enough for 2 sims without children. In the garden your sims will find a pool, 2 parking spaces, Chinees pink trees in front of the house and a lot of flowers. Even the roof is Chinees, with dragons on the ends and pilars beneath the house to support the roof on.

Inside the house your sims will find a kitchen, livingroom and diningroom with Chinees furniture. Upstairs you have one master bedroom, a study and a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and sink.
