When I was living in Miami for 7 months for my internship, I saw a lot of apartmentbases with palmtrees and great landscapings. Now I'm back home in Holland and thought: let's build the apartmentbases I loved so much over there.

The apartments are big enough for your sims as they have 2 floors to spend on. Downstairs your sims can enjoy living in the kitchen and livingroom. All the apartments have a balcony and terrace. They are not the same size! There are 3 types of apartment-units.



The price for the rent is between: 2826 and 4431

One apartment doesn't have a terrace but a large roofdeck as I didn't had enough space for a terrace. So the sim that is going to live here is really lucky
