A beautiful country home that is an easily playable lot for a mature family to settle in. All the necessary rooms are on the ground floor and additional leisure activities and a spare bedroom are located in the split level attic. Your sims will be entertained for hours with or without guests.

This house is great for entertaining with plenty of sitting space, a screened porch at the back with a BBQ, a semi-open courtyard with fountain, a creek suitable for fishing and plenty of relaxing sitting areas surrounding the property. Each of the three main bedrooms on the ground floor have direct access to the garden.

The wooden lattice covered in luscious ivy adds privacy and beauty to the covered porches. The stylish arched bridges which connect each side of the creek gives the garden a natural appeal.

This house is sure to give your sims that classy form of country living! Original brickwork used in the kitchen. Much much more for you to experience as well. Download and take a look. It's surprisingly exotic and you can store up to 5 cars on this lot with a 3 bay garage (1 spot currently used for a pool table).

Hope you all enjoy this lot! Please feel free to leave feedback and clicking the thanks button will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for viewing.
