This is the fourth home in the Stylish Starter series. It has 2 bedrooms, study area, and spacious living area & kitchen.

So far this is my personal favourite from the series and I hope I have made it yours as well.

Another spacious starter home for beginning families on the hunt for a wallet friendly place of residence. The lot has plenty of room for expansion and can currently house up to 4 adults and 1 infant just like the rest. This house is similar to the previous versions and sits nicely on the left of #3.

The house is currently partly furnished to fit under the 20,000 starter mark. Once your Sims start earning money I urge you to complete the furnishing process and it will look absolutely beautiful (not to mention it will suit your personal tastes). This is the quickest one I have made but was quite enjoyable and everything went smoothly. I had some cash left over so I splashed out on a few extras for this house.
