UPDATED 5-15-09: As many of you know, mts2 had a little server failure or some such thing, and lots of files were lost. So here I am to replace the lost files with real ones (so that my adoring fans can keep downloading :D).

This is yet another Livingston Lane lot. I have Pets, Nightlife, University, Apartment Life and Family Fun Stuff installed, so you will undoubtedly need all of them as well.
