The Central Park of Sunset Valley, as we know it, is nice and all that, but one would mostly hang around in only two major spots of that whole lot; the grilling area and the fountain. So it's really a waste of space to only use one third.


Goodbye Central Park, Hello Town Center!

All the shops scattered around Sunset Valley has been combined to fit and replace the Central Park lot. Your sim would now save time travelling from one vicinity to the next. Everything is within a walking distance. - It wouldn’t be called a Town Center if it wasn’t!

You only need Base Game for this lot to run. No CC.

** If you have WA installed, you may place the Food Register in the booth, but you would have to delete the parking lot because everybody would be angry at the car for blocking.

Sunset Town Center has been tried&tested in-game and is functioning well without a hiccup. The Grill-A-Thon even got held here. And working sims (full or part time) who have a job in these buildings also went to work smoothly (you would need to delete the existing rabbit holes in your town, so your working sims would go to the Town Center's vicinity).

The Town Center was made before Pets and Seasons, with the latest patch 1.42, and tested with and without any mods (nrass and the likes). Works fine. // Do let me know if you're using it with Seasons.
