Hi everyone!
Today I have a cozy three story townhouse to share with you all. It comes fully furnished and decorated with all skill building objects, alarm and phone
The backyard features a pool, BBQ area and plenty of room for outdoor activities.
No CC needed

A little note
I'd recommend using this awsome mod by MogHughson that lets your sims watch tv from furniture that are placed diagonally. It's not required for the house to work properly, they can either stand to watch tv or you can simply rearrange the furniture.
First floor features:
Kitchen With dining area.
Living room.
One bathroom.
Second floor features:
Study area.
Two bedrooms.
One half bathroom.
Small balcony.
Third floor features:
Master bedroom.
Nursery room.
One bathroom.
Balcony.
