Here is a modern, tudor chalet fusion with lots of living space on a small lot for economy. The first floor includes 2 bedrooms with one bathroom, living and dining with vaulted ceiling and huge picture windows, and sunny kitchen. Second floor loft is the master bedroom with bath overlooking the living room and lovely views of trees and sky. The house is fully furnished and landscaped and will only need one motherlode loan for your young sim to move in, so for that modern sim who loves a touch of old style, this is the perfect house.

I do have to make a note that this "perfect" house is not Seasons proof! Please see carlinglui's post for how she fixed it!
