"Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" (or something like that). This is a Sims2 version of Chemy's ultra modern masterpiece, Elements:

The house has all the "elements" of a modern house: open floor plan, hard wood floors, lots of natural light, exposed brick. It has 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a rec room which could also be used as a private master suite or mother-in-law quarters. A huge deck with bar and small swimming pool provide lots of outdoor entertainment features. Chemy created the perfect Sims3 house and now this version of it is available for your Sims2 simmies.
Special thanks to marcusharding for the request which inspired me out of a building slump.
